Residences Les Armoises is in a quiet but very convenient location on Route du Boude just yards from the centre of Chatel.  Our Apartment - no 11 - is on the third floor, but as the building is stepped into the hillside, the apartment is at ground level, with a large south facing patio and garden.

The main accommodation comprises a large open plan living room and dining room.   There is a Sony widescreen HD-TV equipped with terrestrial and satellite feeds and a multi region DVD player. 

If you have a wifi enabled laptop you can make use of the free wifi internet connection.

There is a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer etc. 

There is a large bathroom with bath/shower and basin, and a separate toilet.

There are three bedrooms, one double, one twin and a small bunk bedroom - plenty big enough for kids but a push for two adults.  There is storage in the bedrooms and large built in cupboards by the entrance .

Linen - Like almost all rental apartments in France - bedding & towels are NOT included. Either you can supply your own or you can rent linen locally from Chatel Service - who are just up the road from our booking agent Altitude Immobilier where you will need to go to collect the keys.

One floor below you'll find the ski locker - ideal to safely store your snowboard/skis and boots etc. and other outdoor gear.  When you ski to the backdoor its easy to get to just take the lift direct to the ski locker.

We have our own lockable underground garage; which is accessed by the ramp at the right hand side of the building. It's large enough to park your car and still have space for a couple of mountain bikes.  (Maximum vehicle height is 1.99 metres).
