Bookings for our apartment are managed by Altitude Immobilier who are located in the center of Chatel, and all rentals are subject to the booking terms and conditions, described on their website.

Other Booking Information

Bookings normally run from Saturday to Saturday.   However it is possible to accommodate shorter/longer stays.  You can specify the precise period you require online or simply ring Altitude Immobilier - they do speak English (German, Dutch and French).

The keys will be available for collection from Altitude Immobilier from 4pm and the apartment has to be vacated and the keys returned to Altitude Immobilier by 10am. You can either opt to clean the apartment yourself or pay a small surcharge to have the apartment cleaned after your stay.

Either way staff from Altitude Immobilier will check the apartment before your deposit is returned.

Linen - Bedding & Towels

Like almost all rental apartments in France - Linen, bedding & towels are NOT included.

Fitted sheets/duvet covers/pillow cases and towels can be rented locally from Chatel Service - or you can always bring your own.

Chatel Service are located a few yards up the road from our booking agent Altitude Immobilier where you will need to go to collect the keys. If you plan on renting linen, its vital that you pre-book especially on peak weeks as they often run out! 

Just phone, fax or email an order to Chatel Service well in advance of your arrival (Tel. 0033 (0)450 732490 or Fax. 0033 (0)450 732465). Their English is reasonably good! Remember to stipulate, your name, the apartment you are staying at, a list of the linen you need and your arrival/departure dates.  That way you should find there is a bundle of linen with your name on it ready for you to pick up from their shop when you reach Chatel - they stay open til 8pm on Saturdays.
